Hewitt Road, Linden <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> a septic tank system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel <br /> Map. A review fee of$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the <br /> Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 3. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time <br /> of development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 <br /> & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time <br /> of development.
