The deep holes were also prepared by staff of Neil O. Anderson on December 20, 2005 and the 24 hour presoak period was started. A 2 inch PVC pipe with perforations at the bottom was installed into the test hole and gravel was poured in the annular space. 6.4 Description of the Date,Time and Condition of the Test Hole After the 24-Hour Soak Period (Hole Still Intact, Hole Dry, Depth to Water Remaining in Hole, Etc.): On December 21, 2005 the four shallow test holes were dry. Six inches of water was added to the holes and the holes were deemed suitable to continue. One of the shallow tests passed the minimum County requirements.
