1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel located at 600 S. Hewitt Road, J <br /> Linden, California. The project is in a farming community and is surrounded by agricultural <br /> land. It is zoned R/R. The project parcel number is APN 187-020-03. There is a house and <br /> 6. shop on the property. <br /> r2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to divide this 10f J <br /> acre site into 4 parcels, three 2t acre parcels and one 4t acre parcel. <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (Se peen ix). J <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (Se peen <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Ruth Collett, has owned the property for approximately 14 years. The J <br /> past and present use of the property has been rural residential and bare fields. Future use of the <br /> four parcels being created will be for homesite purposes. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1;Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create J <br /> four homesite parcels from an existing single parcel. Once the parcels are developed for homes, <br /> septic systems will be required and built based per the San Joaquin County requirements. There <br /> is one septic system serving the home on the property. Permits were researched and illustrate <br /> this fact. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed one eptic y§tem <br /> r��re4ir <br /> on the property. <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no � <br /> history of septic repair. <br /> ` <br /> 3.4//Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the ; <br /> general area consist of w1mtkeem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. There have not been any failures noted in the permits <br /> researched. <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San J <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic syste is general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1978 to 2002.
