6.8 iscussion of Percolation Rates in Relation to the Type, Size and Location of future <br /> ch fields at the site: Based on the results of the percolation rates and the soils profile, it is <br /> Dillon & Murphy's opinion that the subject proposed Parcel 3 is suited for a typical on-site <br /> sewage disposal systems. This system should be properly designed and installed according to <br /> the current San Joaquin County criteria for standard septic systems. The inadequate percolation <br /> rates of Parcels 1, 2, and 4 will require an engineered system. See appendix for design. <br /> Based on the depth to groundwater in the area, and the size of the proposed parcels, it is our <br /> opinion that the installation of any new proposed septic system, if properly installed, should not <br /> adversely affect the quality of groundwater in the area. <br /> 7.0 CONCLUSION SECTION <br /> The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the proposed <br /> development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the time <br /> we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests.
