Prior to recordation of deed or record of survey, the agriculture well on Parcel #I shall be <br />repaired under permit and inspection by Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin <br />County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br />• Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br />an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br />discharge pipe shall also have two a/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br />pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must <br />be installed. <br />V <br />
