In some cases. the District will no longer be able to provide irrigation service <br />unless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to accommodate the newly <br />established parcels. Further conflicts could occur if these parcels are sold or transferred to others <br />without provisions for irrigation service. <br />Based upon the information provided in the referral, there may be a concern relative to the <br />District's ability to continue to service the newly configured parcels. If changes in the method of <br />irrigation are desired by owner, it is recommended that the owner contact the District, prior to the - T <br />completion of the process, to determine the necessity for changes to the existing infrastructure, or <br />easements in order to accommodate the proposed boundary changes. The owner will need to _ <br />provide information concerning any changes in the. method in which the adjusted parcels will be <br />irrigated and may,need•to obtain a structure permit if new connections are necessary. <br />P. 0.
