Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> i <br /> An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water <br /> Code, Article 4, Section 13260). <br /> Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the <br /> proposed winery waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite. <br /> That written acceptance shall be presented to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit and/or final occupancy approval. <br /> e.A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use <br /> aKIshall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area <br /> I X000 is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San <br /> M Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$575 must <br /> be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $115 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> 1}! The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples <br /> are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> E. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the <br /> maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. <br /> RE;tl <br />
