I floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected <br /> in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents <br /> prior to disposal. A $230 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. <br /> lW If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin <br /> County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator <br /> permit must be obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA <br /> Identification Number, and comply with all applicable regulations. <br />
