This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose o`niy, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage <br /> disposal replacement area. <br /> F� Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per'--- <br /> year, <br /> er _year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability <br /> to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and <br /> C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior Registered Environmental <br /> Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be <br /> E ermitted as a public water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> G. I floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected <br /> in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents <br /> prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Department. A $230 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. <br /> lW If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin <br /> County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator <br /> permit must be obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA <br /> Identification Number, and comply with all applicable regulations. <br />
