f ACCESS: The following access requirements apply and shall be shown on the Parcel Map: <br /> (1) A proposed 25-foot wide private easement for access to Parcel 1, along the eastern property <br /> line of the Designated Remainder, shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1150.15) <br /> g. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for a California Land Conservation Contract(also <br /> known as the Williamson Act) shall be filed prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Legal descriptions <br /> reflecting the new parcel configurations shall be submitted with the application. Filing fees are <br /> required for this application. <br /> h. NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL: A Notice of Non-renewal for all parcels below the ten (10) acre <br /> minimum parcel size will be required in conjunction with the contract. A fee for the recording of the <br /> Notice of Non-renewal is required. <br /> 2 COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and <br /> employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, <br /> appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code <br /> 3 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (See attached memo dated February 28, 2006). <br /> 4.
