Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Parcel 1:The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B.' The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1115.7). <br /> S�fD y e existing septic system leach field on Parcel#1 is encroached by the new proposed lot lines.
