Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Parcel 1:The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B.' The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1115.7). <br /> S�fD y e existing septic system leach field on Parcel#1 is encroached by the new proposed lot lines. The <br /> xisting leach field shall be--abandoned and replaced to maintain a minimum distance of five(5)feet <br /> to the nearest property finRepair[fie existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection <br /> "r by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 <br /> -100 / j `0 and 9-1110.4). <br /> - D. The designated remainder Lacks domestic water well.Construction of individual domestic water well <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of <br /> development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3, and Section 9.1115.8(b)). <br /> E. The designated remainder/is non-buildable f-oi a second unit living structure until The Environmental <br /> Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing remainder has a passing <br /> percolation test without impact to groundwater from domestic wastewater. -- <br /> F. <br /> F.
