Hollenbeck Road, Stockton -APN 183-170-10 <br /> Dear Ms. Lein: <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District(District) has reviewed the project referenced <br /> above and offers the following comments: <br /> The entire San Joaquin Valley Air Basin is designated non-attainment for ozone and particulate matter <br /> (PM10 and PM2.5). The division of this property into two parcels, with no change in land use, will not <br /> have an impact on air quality. However, any development or changes in land use on the resulting <br /> properties will require additional environmental study and mitigation. <br /> District staff is available to meet with you and/or the applicant to further discuss the regulatory <br /> requirements that are associated with this project.
