The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> ` 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development A major element of the field work included <br /> L conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests,a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps,and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> Lthe EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements CbeckGsy dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> LThe Site consists of one parcel and a Designated Remainder,Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 183- <br /> 170-10.The property is approximately 52 acres in size. The county application number for this <br /> L project is PA-06-23 (DV). The Designated Remainder has a new single family residence and Parcel 1 <br /> has a single family residence and a barn. <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is <br /> Lbetween approximately 60 and 70 feet above mean sea level.
