This zoning designation"is established to preserve <br /> agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises" (www.co.san- <br /> joaquin.ca.us, 2004). <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> According to the information from Mr.John Blomberf, the proposed development for the subject <br /> j property is to subdivide the 51.75-acre lot into an approximate 2-acre parcel and leave the remaining <br /> 50 acres as a designated remainder. The site has is still used for farming <br /> garbanzo beans. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> Two septic systems currently exist on the site. One septic permit was found at the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD), on July 25,2006, for the address 2269 South <br /> Hollenbeck Road.The permit is described below. <br /> L3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> One septic permit was found at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD), <br /> on July 25, 2006, for the address 2269 South Hollenbeck Road for the installation of a 1,200 gallon <br /> septic tank with two 90 foot leach lines and two seepage pits, 25 feet by 3 inches in diameter.
