The permits are issued <br /> for the most commonly used chemicals for that crop and do not indicate the chemicals that were <br /> actually applied. According to Ms. Gallego, when a chemical for which a permit has been issued is <br /> applied to a field, a use report must be filed with the Agricultural Commissioner. The use reports do <br /> j not include chemicals for which a permit is not required.10 <br /> L <br /> According to EXTOXNET,Methamidophos is a highly active,systemic,residual organophosphate <br /> i and is a RUP. Methamidophos is highly toxic via oral, dermal and inhalation routes of exposure. <br /> In aerobic soils,the half-life of methamidophos is as follows: 1.9 days in silt,4.8 days in loam, 6.1 <br /> days in sand, and 10-12 days in sandy loam <br /> L19 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> LTw domestic wells are located on the subject property.
