The subject property is essentially flat at <br /> approximately 100 feet above mean sea level. A portion of the subject property is an orchard. There <br /> are two buildings depicted on the subject property. Homestead Lane is depicted as an unimproved <br /> road. There is a lake in the northwest quarter of Section 11, T. 4N., R. 7 E. <br /> t 1968 - The subject property and all of the vicinity is depicted as being covered with orchards. <br /> Everything else concerning the-subject property and its immediate vicinity appears to be the sane as <br /> in the 1953 edition, described above. <br /> 1968 photorevised 1979 with a minor revision in 1993 - There are no orchards depicted on the <br /> �# subject property or on the properties in the vicinity. Everything else concerning the subject property <br /> and its immediate vicinity appears to be the same as in the 1968 edition, described above. <br /> F1 VI. INTERVIEWS <br /> i <br /> � An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> l i property from the property owner. The objective of the interview process is to obtain information <br /> indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with the proposed project site. An ' <br /> Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by the property owner for use <br /> ' by NOA Environmental for this report. A copy of the responses have been included in this report <br /> as Appendix D. <br /> J <br /> Information gleaned from the questionnaire submitted and signed by Mr. &Ms. Shoneff includes the <br /> fact that the current and past land use for the subject property is that of a residence. Former owners <br /> F` of the property include-John and Miriam Ferrea (1977-1993), Dominic and Anne Cataldo (1971- <br /> 1977) and Tony and Annie Zulim(1945-1971). The Shoneffs have owned the property since 1993. <br /> The previous uses of the property were agricultural in nature. According to the questionnaire, the <br /> F, property is zoned for AL 5. The Shoneffs,via the questionnaire, stated that the subject property has <br /> included a residence since before 1929 and that there was a major renovation in the late 1940s. The <br /> project's civil engineering firm was provided, Baumbach and Piazza. The subject property is listed <br /> F in the questionnaire as being ten acres. The questionnaire also states that there is an aboveground <br /> storage tank with an unknown capacity. The Shoneffs, via the questionnaire, stated that they have <br /> F, never used the storage tank and that it was empty when they bought the subject property. <br /> Information gleaned from the questionnaire included the fact that the home is heated by a_wood stove <br /> and that there was a septic system put into place with all of the necessary permits in'1 997. According <br /> F15 <br /> to the questionnaire,the Shoneffs had nitrate and DBCP tests done when the property was purchased <br /> and that the results were negative. <br /> P <br /> 9 <br /> P, <br /> F! <br />
