If it is found during construction or the footing observations that subsurface <br /> conditions differ from those described on the test pit logs, the conclusions and <br /> recommendations of this report should be considered invalid unless the changes are <br /> reviewed and the conclusions and recommendations modified or approved in writing. <br /> The analysis, conclusions and recommendations contained in this report are based <br /> on the site conditions as they existed at the time we excavated our test pits. It was assumed <br /> that the test pits are representative of the subsurface conditions throughout the site. <br /> If there is a substantial lapse of time between the submission of our report and the <br /> start of work at the site, or if conditions have changed due to natural or man made causes, <br /> we urge that our report be reviewed to determine the applicability of the conclusions and <br /> recommendations considering the changed conditions and time lapse. This report is <br /> applicable only for the lot studied. This report should not be used after 3 years. <br /> Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our <br /> recommendations proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and <br /> practices. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test <br /> findings and statements of professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, <br /> expressed or implied. <br /> The scope of our services did not include any environmental assessment or <br /> investigation for the presence or absence of wetlands, hazardous or toxic materials in the <br /> soil, surface water, groundwater or air, on or below or around the lot.
