t <br /> L v v <br /> L February 3, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E040143A <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on December 7,2004. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on December 7, 2004. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> Lthe building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one septic system.
