SA-01-85 OF VERA BROOKS (C/O <br /> DELBERT BROOKS) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application for the expansion <br /> of an existing pigeon farm. The proposed expansion will occur in two phases over a three-year <br /> period. Phase one will consist of adding three pigeon lofts totaling 5,973 square feet. Phase <br /> two will consist of adding four pigeon lofts totaling 5,863 square feet and a 704 square foot <br /> storage building. There will be no employees associated with the pigeon farm. The pigeons <br /> are sold for use as food. <br /> The project site is located on the west side of Howard Road 7,500 feet west of Stark Road, <br /> west of Stockton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers <br /> the following comments. <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-85 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is <br /> 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in <br /> force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the establishmentof the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance <br /> requirements pertinent to this application.
