SA-01-85 OF VERA BROOKS (C/O DELBERT BROOKS) The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application for the expansion of an existing pigeon farm. The proposed expansion will occur in two phases over a three-year period. Phase one will consist of adding three pigeon lofts totaling 5,973 square feet. Phase two will consist of adding four pigeon lofts totaling 5,863 square feet and a 704 square foot storage building. There will be no employees associated with the pigeon farm. The pigeons are sold for use as food. The project site is located on the west side of Howard Road 7,500 feet west of Stark Road, west of Stockton. The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers the following comments. Site Approval Application No. SA-01-85 was approved by the Community Development Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishmentof the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
