Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot he <br /> modified. <br /> A. Applicant is to prepare a manure management plan outlining the handling of all birds <br /> (pigeons and chickens) waste and incorporating vector control measures. A 5178.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at time of submittal (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Act, Chapter 4, <br /> Section 13260-13263). <br /> NOTE: The current manure management plan was approved February 5, 1993, by <br /> Environmental Health Division. The new plan needs to address the proposed growth. <br /> B. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Ilealth Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1115.4(e))as follows: install cement <br /> surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently and the integrity of <br /> well groat. <br /> C. All liquid and solid pigeon and chicken wastes and vector problems associated with this <br /> pigeon and chicken operation are to be retained on the premises, so as not to cause a nuisance <br /> or a health problem (Porter-Colognc Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section <br /> 13260-13263).
