Hubbard Avenue, Stockton APN: 087-070-56 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 30-feet NGVD. <br /> Hubbard Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but not limited to fences,walls, <br /> private light standards, rocks,landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.)
