The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 4. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent.)(Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions <br /> R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br /> 8. The proposed conversion of the accessory building to a religious assembly building lies within flood <br /> zone AH. The building must either be raised per Development Title Section 9-1605.12(a) or meet the <br /> floodproofing requirements per Development Title Section 9-1605.12(c). <br /> 9. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties. Drywells are not allowed.Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6) foot high chain link <br /> fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall <br /> be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect prior to release of <br /> Building Permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 10. A San Joaquin County Stormwater Discharge Permit is required for this project. Developments of less than 1 <br /> acre that are not part of a larger common plan of development shall comply with the County National <br /> Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES)requirements by following the practices in the County's <br /> "Small Site Stormwater Management Plan". <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District(209- <br /> 982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes.
