Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br /> 8. The proposed conversion of the accessory building to a religious assembly building lies within flood <br /> zone AH. The building must either be raised per Development Title Section 9-1605.12(a) or meet the <br /> floodproofing requirements per Development Title Section 9-1605.12(c). <br /> 9. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties. Drywells are not allowed.Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6) foot high chain link <br /> fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall <br /> be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect prior to release of <br /> Building Permit.
