SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> Introduction <br /> Live Oak GeoEnvironmental, Inc (LOGE) was contracted by Ima Teem of the Church of <br /> God (Seventh Day), Stockton, California, to conduct a Soil Suitability Study and Nitrate <br /> Loading Study for the for the Church of God property located at 3929 Hubbard Avenue, <br /> Stockton, California (Plate 1). <br /> The Soil Suitability Study and Nitrate Loading Study are combined under this report <br /> cover and presented as two sections of this report. The formatting of the report has <br /> been designed to follow the recommendations of the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department as described in its Soil Suitability Study <br /> Requirements Checklist and Nitrate Loading Study Requirements Checklist. <br /> The Soil Suitability Study was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for <br /> use with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development code. <br /> Proposed Development <br /> The proposed project is a Site Approval for a neighborhood religious assembly facility <br /> for a maximum of 50 people. A sign modification to allow a pole sign on the premises is <br /> also included. <br /> Site Description <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) for the Site is 087-070-56� The parcel is 0.89 <br /> acres in size.
