The structures must be <br /> brought into compliance with all current code <br /> provisions including structural, plumbing, <br /> mechanical, electrical, energy and handicap <br /> requirements. <br /> 4 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> 5. The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) <br /> shall be served by one or more floor drains which <br /> shall drain to an approved grease and oil <br /> separator. The separator shall be prior approval <br /> by Public Health Services, Environmental Division, <br /> before submission to this Division for permits and <br /> meet all the criteria for hazardous waste <br /> generation. <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation for filling of earth <br /> material: <br /> 1. A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006 (1) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> 3 . Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements" . <br /> 4. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6. All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> 7. All grading authorized by the permit shall be <br /> approved prior to issuance of any building permits, <br /> or beginning of any construction. <br />
