COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-92-4 <br /> or <br /> B. Construction of terminal drainage facilities consistent <br /> with the storm drain Master Plan system 9H . A permit from <br /> the State Reclamation Board shall be required for work at <br /> Calaveras River . <br /> Dedication of appropriate pipeline easements for System 9H <br /> will be required in both A and B alternates . Either A or <br /> B Storm Drainage System shall be completed within 18 month <br /> of approval of the Site Approval application. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10300 ) <br /> G . Street lighting shall be provided for the development along <br /> the frontage of Wilcox Road. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9301 ) <br /> 9. The property shall annex to County Service Area No . 17 prior <br /> to approval of the Improvement Plan to provide for the <br /> operation, maintenance, and improvement of storm drainage, <br /> street lighting facilities . ( Planning Title Section 9-10003 ) <br /> 10. Construction of street lights and road improvements may be <br /> deferred until another intensification of use is required on <br /> the site or not to exceed 2 years (whichever occurs first ) <br /> upon provision of a Faithful Performance Security and <br /> execution of an Improvement Agreement and on a condition that <br /> a 50 ' long "temporary" extension of Wilcox Road be <br /> constructed with minimum of 2 1/2" asphalt concrete over 6" <br /> aggregate base . Temporary pavement shall be removed at time <br /> of construction of public road. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10002 ) <br /> 11 .
