Furthermore, the applicant is prepared to have a recorded <br /> development restriction recorded against the property that would preclude any other use <br /> except for trailer parking until such time as public water and sewer are available at the <br /> site. At the time public services become available at the site, my clients will pay the <br /> appropriate costs to connect to these services. <br /> As I explained, this is the current use of the property and it has been used as <br /> such for over fifteen years. There is no need for sewer, water, or other public services <br /> because the site is used for trailer storage. Employees drive their trucks from the yard <br /> facilities on the east side of the Interstate-5, hook-up and drop-off the trailer.
