GP-01-4 AND <br /> ZONE RECLASSIFICATION APPLICATION NO. ZR-01-2 OF DAVID <br /> & ELLEN SILVA (C/O STEVEN MALCOUN) <br /> The applicants originally requested to change the General Plan and zoning of a 0.9-acre <br /> portion of a 2.25-acre parcel (APN: 193-170-29) from A/L (Limited Agriculture)to I/L <br /> (Limited Industrial) and from AL-10 (Limited Agriculture, 10-acre minimum)to I-W <br /> (Warehouse Industrial), respectively. The applicants are now requesting to revise the <br /> project description to include the southern 2.78-acre parcel (APN: 193-170-28) in the <br /> General Plan Amendment and Zone Reclassification applications. As a result,the <br /> Community Development Department is recommending that the General Plan <br /> Amendment and Zone Reclassification be continued indefinitely, pending additional <br /> notification and review.
