Ms.Jolley reviewed the Development Committee memo. <br /> Mr.Terry Piazza asked if the Community Development Department is planning on making all the items <br /> on the Air Pollution Control District a requirement. Mr. Martin indicated that the Community <br /> Development Department has not determined if that will be their recommendation.Mr.Martin indicated <br /> that when the revised Tentative Map is submitted, and referred out,then the Department will schedule <br /> another Development Committee meeting to review the recommended conditions for approval. <br /> Mr.Piazza indicated that Environmental Health Division conditions were standard,and Mr.Norgard <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr.Higgins reviewed the Department of Transportation (Caltrans)conditions. <br />
