SITE APPROVAL PRE-APPLICATION NO. SA-01-22 OF <br /> JF WILLIAM GOMES (C/O LANNY BOWDEN). A Site Approval <br /> pre-application to construct a mini-storage facility, an office, and an <br /> on-site manager apartment. Eleven mini-storage buildings of various sizes <br /> and a 1200 square foot office/manager's apartment are being proposed for <br /> construction. Located on the east side of French Camp Road, 1,200 feet <br /> north of El Dorado Street, French Camp (APN: 193-020-32; Address: <br /> 6006 S. French Camp Road, French Camp). <br /> Jeff Fisher,Associate Planner, Lanny Bowden, owner; Steve Lima, developer; Paulette Lima, <br /> And Rod Hawkins, Hawkins& Associates Engineering were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Fisher presented the project. <br /> Mr. Fisher reviewed the Development Committee memo. Mr. Fisher indicated that the project <br /> was consistent with the General Plan and the Development Title. <br /> Mr. Bowden asked if they could use the parcel for outside storage. Mr. Martin indicated that it <br /> would be okay because it is a permitted use. Mr. Fisher informed the appliciants that they could <br /> add the outside storage to the Site Approval application. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that the project is adjacent to French Camp Slough, and that the <br /> Department of Fish and Game was notified but the Community Development Department has <br />
