The following is an excerpt from the <br /> Executive Summary of the report: <br /> Based on the on-site and off-site reconnaissance, interviews with agencies, the regulatory <br /> records review, aerial photographs, a review of ownership /use history, and review of any <br /> previous available documents prepared for the Subject Property, SDC 1found that this <br /> assessment has revealed no evidence of recognizedenvironmental conditions on or associated <br /> y. <br /> with the Subject Propert <br /> 3.2 Equipment Status and Condition <br /> The Subject Property is currently operating as a 76 branded gasoline station with one 10,000- <br /> gallon and two 5,000 gallon double walled underground storage tanks (USTs). Recent UST <br /> equipment testing documentation was not provided to SDC for review. <br /> 3.3 Tank Integrity and Historical Spill/Leak Information <br /> Based on a review of the State Water Resource Control Board's GeoTracker database, the <br /> Subject Property has not been identified as a leaking underground storage tank(LUST) site. <br /> 3.4 Neighboring Properties <br /> The Phase I ESA did not identify any neighboring properties that should be considered <br /> environmental concerns to the Subject Property. <br /> 1 The term recognized environmental conditions means theresence or likely y presence of any hazardous substances or <br /> petroleum products on a property under conditions that indicate an existing release,a past release,ora material threat of a release <br /> of any hazardous substances or petroleum products into structures on the property or into the ground, groundwater,or surface <br /> water of the property.The tern includes hazardous substances or petroleum products even under conditions in compliance with <br /> laws.The term is not intended to include de minimis conditions that generally do not present a material risk of harm to public <br /> health or the environment and that generally would not be the subject of an enforcement action if brought to the attention of <br /> appropriate governmental agencies. <br /> LIMITED SUBSURFACE INVES'rIQATION 7 [ACE,16'B <br /> 05/01/2012 <br />
