Corrective Action Plan 18 <br /> Time Oil Company Property No 04-049, 14000 East litglmay 88 Lockeford,CA September 8 1998 <br /> consist of 2- or 4-inch diameter schedule 40 FVC Valves and instrumentation will be installed <br /> to allow for control and measurement of air flow <br /> 5.2 REMEDIATION SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING AND STARTUP <br /> Upon completion of system installation, the system will be operated to verify the correct <br /> operation of all process equipment and controls and to troubleshoot and repair any component of <br /> the system not operating correctly Once the system is fully operable, official startup will be <br /> performed Data from the startup will be tabulated as necessary to evaluate the remediation <br /> system performance <br /> 5.3 REMEDIATION SYSTEM OPERATION ANIS REPORTING <br /> Perforinance of the air sparge and soil vapor extraction systems will be included in the Quarterly <br /> Monitoring Reports The remediation systems will be operated until cleanup goals are achieved <br /> or until such a time as the remediation effort is shown to no longer be technically or <br /> economically feasible Alternative site cleanup goals may eventually be determined by a more <br /> detailed RBCA assessment Throughout the life of the system, its operation will be monitored, at <br /> a minimum, to verify permit compliance and to meet permit reporting requirements <br /> Groundwater monitoring and sampling will continue to be performed at the Site as required <br /> System efficiency reporting will include summaries of mass extracted, mass extraction rates, and <br /> any modifications to system operation which may have increased mass extraction rates <br /> Groundwater concentrations will be compared to groundwater cleanup goals to evaluate the <br /> progress toward termination of remediation at the Site Influent vapor concentrations will be <br /> used to evaluate the progress of remediation of impacted soils <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division(SJCPHS-EHD) <br /> will be asked to review the results of the efficiency reports to continually assess the applicability <br /> Time OthLockeford\CAP wpd <br />
