Also, there will be a protective <br /> barrier constructed as part of the project to protect the homeslte located to the east <br /> of the site. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The applicant is proposing an 18-hole golf course with a driving range and a clubhouse. The maximum <br /> number of tees proposed for the driving range is 20. A 3,000-square-foot clubhouse with a pro shop and <br /> a snack bar is proposed, and the proposed hours of operations are 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 am, daily. The <br /> applicant will have approximately four employees. The applicant's estimated number of customers per <br /> day is initially 50, which will increase to approximately 200 later on. Water supply and sewage disposal <br /> will be by well and septic system. Storm drainage will be provided by an on-site retention pond or the <br /> Pescadero Drainage District. <br />
