A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or <br /> percolation tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement <br /> plans. <br /> b. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and regulations of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage disposal <br /> area as determined by the percolation test are required for Environmental Health Division <br /> approval. A permit for the percolation test is required from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. (Ordinance Code Sections 53001, 53002, and 5-3013) <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees and <br /> customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003) <br /> e. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by <br /> the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5- <br /> 4100. <br /> I. Submit three sets of food facility construction plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to the issuance of building permits. (California Health and <br /> Safety Code, Section 27550) <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirement will <br /> be applicable and shall be incorporated in the Site Improvement Plan before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR,Title <br /> 24) <br /> (2) Provide handicapped parking. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material. <br />
