UP-93-0007 <br /> OF HIRAM SIBLEY <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This is a Use Permit Application for a golf course with a driving <br /> range and a clubhouse. The site is located on the west side of <br /> MacArthur Drive at the intersection of Delta Avenue, north of <br /> Tracy. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and offers the following comments. <br /> The Department of Fish and Game has requested that an <br /> Environmental Impact Report (EIR) be prepared based on <br /> potentially significant impacts on the Swainson ' s Hawk (a species <br /> listed as Threatened by the State of California) . At this time, <br /> Development Services is reviewing the Department of Fish and <br /> Games ' request for an EIR and will make the determination whether <br /> or not to require an EIR prior to the Development Committee <br /> meeting on May 12 , 1993 , at which time the applicant will be <br /> informed of the decision. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br />
