The net shall be designed and constructed to prevent golf balls hit on the driving range from entering the adjacent fairway. Details of the netting shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. 11. Fencing shall be required along the east side of the proposed parking lot starting at parking space No. 75 and extending south past the clubhouse. Fencing shall be required to extend along MacArthur Road from the site entrance to the adjacent property. All fencing details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. 12 . The use of herbicides, fertilizers, and other chemicals associated with the operation and maintenance of the facility shall be managed to prevent movement from the project area. 13 . There shall be no outdoor storage of vehicles or equipment associated with the operation or maintenance of this facility. Storage shall either be within an enclosed structure or inside a fenced and screened outdoor storage area. In the case of the latter, a six-foot high fence and screening elements shall be included on the Improvement Plan. 14 . All outdoor trash receptacles shall be contained within a trash enclosure. The enclosure shall be located on permanent paving, be designed to accommodate all trash receptacles, and be constructed on three sides with solid walls on three sides and gated on the fourth side. One sign shall be permitted and shall comply with Standards for Agricultural Zones, Section 9- 1710.4 (a) (7) in the Sign Regulations of Division 17 of the Development Title.
