I previously met with Harlin Knoll of San Joaquin County <br /> pursuant to a fuel oil vault on the Tracy facility. The vault is <br /> shown on the attached Site Plan, Figure 1 . <br /> i <br /> The vault is a former Bunker C fuel oil site which has not been used <br /> in over 30 years . <br /> The purpose of the updated workplan is to present a scope of work <br /> sufficient for the County to determine that no further action is <br /> required at the site, incorporating the most recent monitoring well <br /> information at the site . <br /> You currently perform an ongoing monitoring program on Well B, with <br /> test results attached. The depth to groundwater is about ten feet and <br /> the direction of flow is towards Sugar Cut . Well B is therefore a <br /> shallow, downgradient monitoring well . Well B is 125 feet from the i <br /> release which is outside the zone of soil contamination which could <br /> result from Bunker C oil . The last two results are summarized in the <br /> following table . For some constituents, there were two separate tests <br /> run on the same sample .
