LOADING: 4 loading:spaces shallbe'provided (I for each use) Each space shall be a minimum of <br /> 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and'shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaping shall be placed along S.MacArthur Drive respecting <br /> the ultimate right-of-way widths, (Development Title Section 9-1020.7). <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped.(Development Title Section 9-1020.8[a]). <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Forty-one(41) <br /> trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash,shall be enclosed by <br /> a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the <br /> adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> j. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe).
