Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit(s). A review fee of$178.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department (effective August 1, 2003, the <br /> review fee will be $186.00). <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required <br /> (effective August 1, 2003, the permit fee will be $93.00 per percolation hole). <br /> B. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as <br /> determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health <br /> Department approval.
