REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> QX-84-0010 <br /> TEICHERT LAND COMPANYITEICHERT AGGREGATES <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions application for an existing Quarry Excavation permit No. QX-84- <br /> 0010 was approved by the San Joaquin County Planning Commission on January 19, 2017. The <br /> effective date of approval is January 29, 2017. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1. UNITED STATES BUREAU OF RECLAMATION: <br /> a. Material sloughing from the excavation-cut slopes adjacent to Bureau facilities will not be <br /> disturbed or removed. <br /> b. The cut slopes of the excavation adjacent to Bureau facilities will not be steeper than a <br /> grade of two feet horizontal to one foot vertical. <br /> c. All sloughing of and/or seepage through the Phase I cut slopes adjacent to the canal will <br /> be reported to our Tracy Field Office immediately. <br /> d. Upon request, Bureau engineers will be admitted to the excavation site to inspect the cut <br /> slopes adjacent to the canal. <br /> e. If, in the opinion of the Bureau, conditions develop that could affect canal stability, <br /> Teichert and Son will be required to suspend further excavation near the area of concern <br /> until the completion of any necessary analysis and remedial work. <br /> f. Excavation shall not penetrate the groundwater surface. <br /> g. Excavation shall not extend further than 100 feet from the Bureau property line. <br /> 2. PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY: <br /> a. The applicant shall submit the excavation plan for review and approval by PG&E prior to <br /> excavation in the areas of existing overhead of underground facilities. <br /> 3. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> a. No stockpiled soil or material shall be placed closer than twenty-five (25) feet to a <br /> property boundary. <br /> b. All private roads involved in an excavation shall be maintained so as to control the <br /> creation of dust. The first one-hundred (100) feet of any private road on the property <br /> which intersects with a publicly maintained road shall be surfaced in a manner approved <br /> by the agency responsible for the maintenance of the public road. Traffic-control and <br /> warning signs shall be installed, if required, as such intersections. The placement, size, <br /> and wording of these signs shall be approved by the agency responsible for the <br /> maintenance of the public road. <br /> c. Protective vegetative planting shall be required, where necessary, for the control of <br /> erosion or retention of scenic values. <br /> QX-84-0010 Conditions of Approval 1 <br />
