from the date of aDDlication approval. <br /> 4. PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. The applicant shall submit to the Planning Division an annual, written report prepared by a licensed <br /> civil engineer. This report shall describe the Phase II compliance status relative to the requirements <br /> of the County Planning Title and to the conditions of approval adopted as part of this permit approval. <br /> The report shall also describe the excavation and rehabilitation completed in the preceding twelve <br /> (12) month period. This first report shall be submitted April 1, 1987. <br /> b. Soil removed from the slopes of the existing pit shall be placed in the area known as Pit G, which <br /> contains approximately forty (40) acres. Pit G shall be refilled, graded, and reseeded at the original <br /> ground level within thirty (30) days of application approval. The applicant shall submit to the <br /> Planning Division a plan and map for rehabilitation of the Pit G area. <br /> c. Quarry operations may be conducted Monday through Saturday between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and <br /> 12:00 a.m. The processing plant may operate 24 hours per day, Monday through Saturday, as <br /> shown on the site plan dated April 27. 2005. <br /> d.
