MacArthur Drive, Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). See attached letter dated February 4, <br /> 2007. <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> B. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for <br /> that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> C. If the existing septic system is determined to be inadequate for the proposed expansion, <br /> then construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> The following comments refer specifically to Solid Waste Facility Permit# 39-AA- 00- <br /> 24: <br /> D. The Project description is being submitted in the form of a Transfer Processing Report <br /> (TPR) format and includes a Report of Compost Site Information (RCSI) document. The two <br /> documents are being evaluated as a proposed project description only. The documents will <br /> require further review during the Solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP) process. <br />
