Phase 1 to increase the daily waste capacity from 1,000 tons per day(tpd) <br /> to 1,800 tpd within ten years and Phase 2 to operate 24 hours a day seven(7)days a week. <br /> All outdoor processing activities will not begin before 6:00 a.m. and will not operate after <br /> 10:00 p.m. on-site activities to include vehicle maintenance,equipment storage and truck <br /> parking, construction and demolition of inert debris(cdi), processing wood-waste <br /> grindings,appliance recycling and associated waste handling activities.
