Rule 9510 (Indirect Source Review) <br /> Section 4.4.3 states a development project on a facility whose primary functions are <br /> subject to Rule 2201 (New and Modified Stationary Source Review Rule) or Rule <br /> 2010 (Permit Required) is exempt from this rule. Therefore, the District concludes <br /> that the proposed project is not subject to District Rule 9510 (Indirect Source <br /> Review). <br /> 5) The proposed project may require District permits. Prior to the start of construction <br /> the project proponent should contact the District's Small Business Assistance <br /> Office at (559) 230-5888 to determine if an Authority to Construct (ATC) is <br /> required. <br /> 6) The proposed project may be subject to the following District rules: Regulation VIII <br /> (Fugitive PM10 Prohibitions), Rule 4102 (Nuisance), Rule 4601 (Architectural <br /> Coatings), and Rule 4641 (Cutback, Slow Cure, and Emulsified Asphalt, Paving <br /> and Maintenance Operations). In the event an existing building will be renovated, <br /> partially demolished or removed, the project may be subject to District Rule 4002 <br /> (National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants). <br /> 7) The District recommends that a copy of the District's comments be provided to the <br /> project proponent. <br /> The above list of rules is neither exhaustive nor exclusive.
