Project Description Tracy Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station Expansion 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 %%WPW adding a 1 mega-watt biomass gasification unit and up to 800 kilo-watt of solar panel on top of the buildings. The Project will greatly assist the City of Tracy and San Joaquin County to reduce their carbon footprint to 1990 levels by 2020, and provide the community with critical technological components to achieve energy, and economic and environmental sustainability. The planning horizon for Tracy MRF & TS Facility regarding AB 939 will have lasted 21 years from 1990 to 2011. The planning horizon to address AB 32 for the Tracy MRF & TS Facility is planned for 18 years to the year 2030, taking the Facility part way between the defined plans of 2020, and the vision of high recycling and zero waste by 2050, where the greenhouse gases are to be reduced to 80% of the 1990 levels.
