Project Description <br /> Tracy Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station Expansion <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> %%WPW adding a 1 mega-watt biomass gasification unit and up to 800 kilo-watt of solar <br /> panel on top of the buildings. <br /> The Project will greatly assist the City of Tracy and San Joaquin County to reduce their <br /> carbon footprint to 1990 levels by 2020, and provide the community with critical <br /> technological components to achieve energy, and economic and environmental <br /> sustainability. <br /> The planning horizon for Tracy MRF & TS Facility regarding AB 939 will have lasted 21 <br /> years from 1990 to 2011.
