No air contaminant shall be discharged into the atmosphere for a period or periods aggregating more than three minutes in any one hour which is as dark as,or darker than,Ringelmann 1 or 20%opacity. [District Rule 4101] 2. No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere*hick causes a public nuisance. [District Rule 41021 3. Particulate matter emissions shall not exceed 0.1 gr/dscf in concentration. [District Rule 4201] 4. This flare shall be equipped with a non-resettttble totalizing volumetric fuel meter.[District Rule 2201] 5. The syngas flow rate to this flare shall not exceed 45,056 standard cubic feet per hour. [District Rule 22011 6. Fuel combusted in this flare shall not exceed 135,168 standard cubic feet per day and 7,028,736 standard cubic feet per year. [District Rule 220 1] 7.
