The Assessor's Parcel Numbers of the <br /> property are 253-150-04, 05 and 253-180-06 through 13. A map showing the parcel locations <br /> is presented on Plate 1. The purpose of our studies was to determine the suitability of the <br /> property for septic tank usage. The study was performed in general accordance to the <br /> requirements of Section 9-10100© of San Joaquin County Ordinance. The following includes <br /> background information regarding the proposed development, past and present use of the site, <br /> existing septic tank performance and permitting, and the groundwater conditions in the project <br /> area. In addition, discussions regarding our investigative procedures and the site conditions <br /> encountered during our field exploration and the results of percolation tests are presented. <br /> Finally, our project limitations are provided. <br /> 1. SITE DESCRIPTION /PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The subject 730-acre project site is composed of 10 parcels that will be merged to create three <br /> parcels. We understand that the parcels are being merged so that a portion of the property can <br /> be sold. To the best of our knowledge, no development is planned at this time. The existing <br /> parcels are zoned AG (general agriculture). The following table presents the proposed parcels <br /> groupings, as well as the existing parcel numbers, addresses, and zoning information.
