The site was bounded on the east by Chrisman Road and a 76 gas <br /> station, on the south by Vernalis Road, and on the north and west by agricultural fields and <br /> scattered residences. We understand that no wells or structures exist on the site. <br /> 2. PRESENT AND PAST USE <br /> �- A surface/subsurface contamination report' prepared for the subject property indicates that <br /> based on a review of various sources, including aerial photographs and a personal interview, <br /> the property has been used as undeveloped or agricultural land for at least 100 years and no <br /> other uses are known. No structures or wells are known to have existed on the site. <br /> 3. SEPTIC PERMITS AND PERFORMANCE <br /> A representative of our firm searched the SJCEHD files to identify septic permits at parcels in <br /> 6. the vicinity. There were no septic permits on file for any of the parcels wi <br /> study area. Three permits were on fileor a �acent gas s atmon located at 34243 S. <br /> Chrisman Road. These permits were for new installations and a minor repair. These permits <br /> are summarized below, and copies of these permits are attached. To the best of our knowledge, <br /> these septic systems are performing acceptably with no repairs required. <br /> Permit number 69-488 was dated June 12, 1969.
