Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> SHEA PROPERTY <br /> APNs 253-150-04, 05 & 180-06 through 13, Tracy, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. (AGE)has been retained by Henry and Joan Shea to perform <br /> a Surface/Subsurface Contamination assessment of the property identified as San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) 253-150-04, 05 &253-180-06 through 13, located near Tracy, <br /> California, California(the subject property). <br /> The purpose of the Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent feasible, <br /> any real or potential surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses of the <br /> subject property that could lead to liability in the event of ownership, that could have a potential <br /> impact on property value,or that could impact the present or future use of the subject property. The <br /> report includes evaluation of nonpoint sources of hazardous materials, including agricultural <br /> chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as above-ground or underground fuel <br /> storage tanks, exp is ystemc_or chemical storage areas. San Joaquin County Ordinance 9 905.12(a) <br /> was used as a guideline to perform this assessment. <br /> The purpose of this investigation is to facilitate a Tentative Parcel Man within can loaqukiCounty <br /> to combine ten c,trrent parcels +nto thrz new parcels. For ease of use, AGE will utilize the new <br /> Parcels (1 - 3) defined in Section 2.0 as descriptors for this report. <br /> 2.0.
