Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report SHEA PROPERTY APNs 253-150-04, 05 & 180-06 through 13, Tracy, California 1.0. INTRODUCTION Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. (AGE)has been retained by Henry and Joan Shea to perform a Surface/Subsurface Contamination assessment of the property identified as San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) 253-150-04, 05 &253-180-06 through 13, located near Tracy, California, California(the subject property). The purpose of the Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent feasible, any real or potential surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses of the subject property that could lead to liability in the event of ownership, that could have a potential impact on property value,or that could impact the present or future use of the subject property. The report includes evaluation of nonpoint sources of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as above-ground or underground fuel storage tanks, exp is ystemc_or chemical storage areas. San Joaquin County Ordinance 9 905.12(a) was used as a guideline to perform this assessment. The purpose of this investigation is to facilitate a Tentative Parcel Man within can loaqukiCounty to combine ten c,trrent parcels +nto thrz new parcels. For ease of use, AGE will utilize the new Parcels (1 - 3) defined in Section 2.0 as descriptors for this report. 2.0. SITE DESCRIPTION The parcel map and owner information for the ten current parcels was provided by ParcelQuest/CD Data at the intemet site hU://www.parcelguest.com)as a representation of current data down-loaded monthly from the San Joaquin County Assessor's Office.The owner information included addresses for each parcel,but since the property was undeveloped land,AGE found no incident of use of these addresses. Copies of the parcel maps are provided on Figures 3a and 3b, and a copy of the owner information is provided in Appendix C.
