The following is <br /> offered as comments and conditions: <br /> 1. PG&E owns and maintains a 12 KV/60 KV pole line along the <br /> northwesterly side of the subject parcel. Any relocation of the pole line <br /> due to the proposed development shall be at the property owner's expense. <br /> 2.
