f. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of excavation plan approval. The fee currently is $151.36 per additional daily trip-end in <br /> the Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. The number of trip-ends <br /> may be determined by a proportion to the length in time of the excavation operation. (Resolution R- <br /> 96-592) <br /> g. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Ted Norgard, 468-3443) <br /> a. No excavation is permitted into the groundwater table without specific approval from the Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (California Water Code, Chapter 4, Article 3, <br /> Section 13240). <br /> b. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any watercourse nor in any way <br /> contribute to the pollution thereof (California Water Code, Section 13376). <br /> c. An approved potable water supply must be provided for all employees (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1100.1). <br /> d. Approved sanitary facilities must be provided for all employees (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1100.1). <br /> 4. CALTRANS (Staff Contact: Chris Sayre, 948-7142) <br /> a. Traffic Impact Fees shall be collected on a "fair share" basis for future improvements at State Route <br /> 88 and Mackville Road interchange. <br /> 5. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC <br /> a. PG&E owns and maintains a 12 kV/60kV pole line along the northwesterly side of the subject <br /> parcel. Access to the poles shall be maintained during the quarry excavation. The cost of any <br /> relocation of this pole line shall be at the permit applicant's expense. <br /> b. No excavations will be allowed within fifty feet of the centerline of said pole line facilities or the <br /> anchor guy facilities. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 6 - QX-99-2 <br />
