Conditions of Approval <br /> MS-92-144 <br /> Page 2 <br /> g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> Parcels 2 , 3, 4, and the designated remainder under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. San Joaquin county <br /> Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcels 2 , 3 , 4 , and remainder parcel under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> Section 5-3003) <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A Notice of Nonrenewal of the Williamson Act contract <br /> shall be submitted to the Development Service Division <br /> for processing on Parcel 1. <br /> b. Minimum parcel size shall be 1. 5 acres. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9 . 4010. 2 {b}) <br /> C. Minimum lot width shall be 100 feet. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9 . 4010. 1 {b}) <br />
